    Why my website after upgrade theme can’t login with wp-admin and can’t look the theme on menu “Theme”

    login via ftp and rename active theme folder. that will force wordpress to revert to default theme.

    contact your theme developer and check what is the issue.

    i think i have rename theme active, so can i delete my theme and upload again… to revert to defaul?

    yes you can reupload theme from backup.

    first of all revert to default theme twenty fifteen and see if the error goes away (and to confirm theme is real issue), download form here if you dont have it https://wordpress.org/themes/twentyfifteen/

    then redownload your theme from the Developer site and upload it.
