I stupidly upgraded to WP 5.0, just before Christmas – a classic update that should not be there unless really needed!

Updated a number of plug-ins – do not know which ones.

Then upgraded WP to 5.0 from 4.9.8.

Now when I wish to replace image with new one – there are a number of problems:

1. It seems not to replace as when it go back to Page it is no show
2. I save page and check it, and see the new image, but no Thumbnail and still has older image link to it.

Strange
