Do you have access to the site files on your server, such as through Cpanel? If so, disable all plugins by renaming them and see if that resolves it. If not, enable debugging mode in wp-config.php and see what errors you receive: https://codex.wordpress.org/Debugging_in_WordPress

I can’t rename plugins anyway because the webhosting FTP doesn’t let me rename them. I can’t connect to host using filezilla neither
Any other idea about how can I get my site back?
