You can disable caching of feeds on the advanced settings page. Look for the text “Feeds”. That should help.
I did that and the Feedburner feed is still not updating. The WordPress feed (/feed/) updates correctly.
What feed is Feedburner checking? Have you checked if that is updating?
it’s the Feedburner feed that is not updating. But neither is the feed that serves Feedly reader. And this coincides with the update to 1.5.1
Just to be clear, Feedburner in its feed details identifies the original site feed (/feed/ – which is still updating correctly) and its feed address (feeds.feedburner.com/… my site name) which stopped updating.
I tested my Feedburner feed and it eventually updated, but I’ll need to do some more careful testing to figure out what Feedburner is receiving.
Can you enable the debug log on your site, and leave it active for an hour or so, during and after editing or saving a post? You’ll have to check your access log to see when FB comes to refresh the feed, then check the debug log. See if they receive an updated feed.
I’ve resolved the Feedburner problem by manually uninstalling WP Super Cache. However, WP Super Cache still shows up as an inactive plugin on the plugins admin page. Do I simply click “delete” to complete the process?
I’ve now fully uninstalled WP Super Cache so I guess I can say “problem solved.”
Just to be clear: If simply uninstalling WP Super Cache sounds like a self-defeating solution, I’m glad to say I replaced it with what thus far seems like a better alternative: WP Fastest Cache.
I have been facing the same issue myself. The debugging was even more problematic, as I saw the feed updated, which was actually just because I have been logged in. After logging out, the page feed was outdated too. The solution was to clear cache, disable feed caching (in Advanced settings search for is_feed and add an exception) + ping the Feedburner to catch up.
Aaaanyway during the exercise I have realized how outdated Feedburner is and decided to stop using it, as it does not bring much value in my case.
I got same problem. My Feed burner has stop updating after upgrade to v.1.5. Due to this, I uninstalled WP Super Cache and re-install again. The problem has been solved.
