I update today from 1.5.1 to 2.0.0 and now when i try to customize there is no preview of changes

We can’t move them like that, but they can make a thread in the support forums at https://wordpress.org/support/theme/storefront, and then update their review to have some more relevant text once everything is sorted 🙂
