    Hey there!

Are you using the Widget or the Shortcode?

Some people, who use the Widget, have this issue as we have added new options to the widget that you may not have checked, after the update. The first place I would start is by checking to be sure your widget is properly configured.

Similarly, if you are using the shortcode can you let me know what shortcode you are using? There could be a default issue there, too.

Please let me know if you need anything else.

    All the best,
    Richard

    Hello!

Can you please let me know the shortcode you are using?

Can you also let me know what your Options are set to?

    Best,
    Richard

Basic Options (which are new in this version?) are all blank, nothing checked.

    thanks

OK, I went to Basic Options and checked “Link Entire Banner” Saved Options. Then my captions & call to action came back on my banners.

    Hello!

I’m glad to hear that fixed it for you. Some setting must have had its default switched in the update? I’m not sure.

I will mark this topic as resolved!

    Best,
    Richard
