After update to 2.6.1, the site is down

Hi,
After update to v2.6.1, all my sites are down, it shows “There has been a critical error on this website.” on the website. I have to delete object-cache.php file to fix it.
And today, the v2.6.2 didn’t fix this.
The error message in the log:
