I am seeing this issue as well after installing version 1.23.4
So it’s not only me? Is this a bug? If so please fix it guys…
I just activated this theme for my website and now it is blank. I can’t even access the dashboard to change the theme. Can someone help me out? I am panicking now.

Hi there,
Maybe incomplete installation might resulted in such kind of behavior. Please try accessing ‘/wp-content/themes/’ folder via ftp and delete ‘accesspress-parallax’ folder. Then try reinstalling the theme.

Same here. To access your dashboard admin again you need to delete this theme folder so its theme will revert to default automatically.
Open your cpanel, go to folder wp-content –> themes –> and delete folder ‘accesspress-parallax’
