Some users have reported something similar. We’re working on a fix now that will be in version 2.0.1. Watch for that to be released very soon.
We’re making progress on this. Rest assured that NONE of your data is lost, it’s just that your form data is pointing to the wrong place on your site currently. Version 2.0.1 will be released soon and it will resolve that issue completely.
In the meantime, please try the following:
1) Make a full backup of your site.
2) Install the free plugin: WP Rollback
3) After that’s activated, go to “Plugins” and hover over “Give” and you’ll see a Rollback link. Click that.
4) You’ll see a list of all plugin versions of Give available. Select 1.8.19 and click “Rollback”
5) All should be fine now. If not, then restore a fullsite backup from before you updated to 2.0
