After update, Salesforce-wordpress to lead deactivated and disappeared

    I just updated my Salesforce wordpress to lead plug in. However, instead of updating, the plug in deactivated. Now when I search my plugins it does not show up.

    I tried to install the plug in again. However, the installation fails because it says “Destination folder already exists.” Yet when I try to follow the link to the folder, the page is not found.

    How can I get this set up back up?
