It looks like content from somewhere else? Check the change history for your page and see when it came in.
This doesn’t look like behaviour from this plugin. It doesn’t add those anchors in the visual editor. It only does it when viewing it from the public.

I can see <div id=”toc_container” class=”toc_white no_bullets”> appear two additional times on that page which is not right.
There is a border style for elements matching id="toc_container" which is why those two extra sections are getting a box around them. This explains why they disappear when you disable the plugin. To rule out a manual copy of the <div id=”toc_container” class=”toc_white no_bullets”> code into your body content, could you please:
1. disable the plugin
2. then go back to your page and view source
3. search for “toc_container”
4. how many matches are there?
There should be zero matches but if it’s not, you need to edit your body content and remove those lines.
I think the above is likely because I can see your other pages are working fine.

i am already doing this, please update plugin and remove this type of error
