[Resolved] After update Nelio A/B is gone from admin panel

    Update: Nelio deactivates after update. Maybe this is just for me. But maybe you should look into it?

    Hi,

    I just did the update for Nelio A/B testing and now I can’t find the option to select Nelio A/B is no where to be found?

    The first time I clicked on the menu item it said “you do not have permission to view this item”. After a refresh the whole menu item is gone from the admin panel?

    What’s going on here?

    Is the plugin active? Maybe after the upgrade it was disabled… Are you using the latest version available?

    Hi David,
    See my update. It was disabled indeed.

    Our AVAILABLE QUOTA is at 0% does that mean the heat maps and other stuff doesn’t get updated anymore?

    Hi!

    I didn’t see the update. Thanks for letting me know 😛 I’ll check if there’s something amiss… But I don’t remember our plugin autodeactivating itself after an update.

    Regarding the quota: yes, if it says there’s 0% available quota, then we’re not tracking any more information from your visitors. If you’re using the Free Trial version, please make sure to complete some of the actions in the Free Trial section of our plugin; this will add a few more page views in your quota.
