After installing the last update 3.5.2. I get the following error

Fatal error: Call to undefined function is_site_admin() in /home/humanvoi/public_html/tus.gr/tusis/wp-content/plugins/wordpress-related-posts/related-posts.php on line 81

I can see the whole page and contents like I am a reader, but I cannot do anything as an owner of this site cos I get a blank page with the error above and yes it shows me signed in ...

    I hadn't had an update installed since 2009 ...

    Please help me,
    thank you in advanced !!

If you don't have a host then you don't have a website. Are you installing WordPress locally?

    Onto your machine, your computer.

If you had a host you would be installing it onto someone else's computer/ server.

It may be worth contacting your domain vendors to see whether you also purchased a hosting package. If you had, then you can ask them for support with "FTP" - Which is basically just a tool to upload files.

Where is your WordPress site? Where did you install this update?

Can you post a link to your site ? i.e. is it on the internet?

If you don't have a host then visiting your domain name in a Web browser would result in the equivalent of this:
    http://jedisoajjdiosadjoaidsajoiidsa.com/
