Hi, I was upgrading from Woocommerce 2.3.11 to 3.65. Quite a jump and it was very stressful during testing. One odd thing I didn’t notice until my client told me was that there were customers pointing out that they received a refund email… even though their refunds were years ago. So I look at the monthly report, and it shows that the refund amounts are affecting the current month’s sales. When I look at the report, it literally shows me this:

    $1,995.52
    refunded 12 orders (0 items)

Also to note is that I do have about 4 other Woocommerce related plugins.

Anyway, does anyone know why this is happening?

    Hi @tzzel

Apologies for the delayed response to your inquiry!

My guess would be that this was a one-off situation due to the huge leap in versions. It’s not something that you should experience again if you keep your site updated in the future.

Have you had any further issues since you originally posted this?
