# After update form doesn't work correctly

 * After the most recent update the form doesn’t work properly when there are errors(
   e.g. when an invalid emailaddress is entered). The page refreshes and shows a
   blank page. The url shows the original url plus a #.

 * Hi,
    Sorry that you are encountering this problem – can you try creating a new
   form with our updated version then see if the problem still exist?
 * I have tested the scenario you had described but I was not able to reproduce 
   the issue.
 * It is possible that it might also be a plugin conflict – could you try deactivating
   other plugins to see if the issue still happens?

   dive into it.
