Hey @woylon – I need to reach out to Avada to get a copy of their theme for testing.
Hey everyone, the Avada team never answered our message so we don’t have the latest version to test things.

That’s strange – suddenly I can comment here again after this thread was not editable a few days ago. The Avada team responds to my emails within 48 hours. Would you like me to try contacting you? I may need an email address or something similar for that.
Likewise. I’ve contacted Luke now (Got the direct contact). Maybe they don’t answer as I’ve requested a temporary possibility to test it out.

Update: I’ve reached out to the WordPress.org support and they mentioned the following:

That’s the reason why it was closed. Please next time before creating one-star reviews, just send us another message and avoid us wasting time dealing with the wordpress.org support as that’s never a pleasant experience.
@woylon We still haven’t heard back from them. I guess they’re just not willing to share a test version. It’s a shame.

@ironikus – If you’re interested, I can set up a WordPress install on my server with an Avada license that I’m not using so that you can test the plugin and FTP access. I’d really like to see your plugin working with Avada Live as I regularly develop with it. Let me know.

Thanks @lkkuhn – we’ve been able to provide an integration for it. It’s available now within version 2.1.7 🙂
AVADA theme, LIVE editor, WHITE screen, spinning circle
I’m having the same problem on ALL f my AVADA website; it all started around the same time 2 months ago appx.
All PHP configs are correct. No additional plugins on a CLEAN AVADA install with NOTHING added except the AVADA wizard template installed.
AVADA support is ignoring the request for an explanation. I bought 9 licenses and have been using AVADA for many years. I never asked for support. Now they won’t answer this simple request for an explanation of why their AVADA THEME – LIVE EDITOR seems to be broken.
Is anyone else experiencing this issue?

Hey @essene1618 – Please make sure our email encoder plugin is at the latest version as we just released a compatibility feature with Avada.
