After Update All Category Based Links Broken (Blank Page)

    After the WPSEO update all of my websites category links are broken. They resolve to a blank page when WPSEO was active and result in a 404 error when WPSEO is not active. I have tried stripping/adding the category in the url using WPSEO and/or permalink settings within wordpress but does not help. I have site in maintenance mode so please contact me if you are able to take a look at the issue. Thank you.

    Did you used to use the strip category base in an older version? Iknow that functionality is gone. Once you take it out the box disappears and you can’t add it back in.

    After you turn it off in WP SEO you can’t get it back and you should be able to save settings and then re-save permalink settings. Did you do it in that order?

    If you want to keep the no category from showing you could consider using this plugin http://wordpress.org/plugins/no-category-base-wpml/ and it should get you back to where you were which is not having the category.

    Thanks for your help, I will try what you said now, just moved to a new server so site is still in maintenance mode but if your advice works site will be fully back up today 🙂
