Hi there,
If you have upgraded to the latest version 11, you will need to clear and refresh your browser cache to pull in the new scripts and stylesheets. This includes, clearing out and purging any caches made by third-party cache plugins. This version now supports PHP versions 7.0 or higher to make it even more compatible with earlier versions.
Thanks
Hello!
We have the same problem. The CJT Screen is blank after updating to Version 11.2. Browser-Cache is cleaned.
Thank you for your help.
Thank you for your email.
Sorry for the issue you are currently experiencing. This is a first in hearing that the latest version is having issues.
If you can do the typical remedies of:
– make sure you are running PHP version 7.0 or higher – preferably 7.3 or 7.4
– increase your PHP Memory limit to 128MB or even 256MB: https://www.wpbeginner.com/wp-tutorials/fix-wordpress-memory-exhausted-error-increase-php-memory
– make sure you don’t have any security plugins getting in the way – e.g. preventing AJAX from working in the Admin dashboard.
– deactivating plugins one by one
– deactivate your theme
Thanks
Same issue after update
Even after clear browser cache
getting error:
“Uncaught TypeError: Cannot read property ‘CJTToolBox’ of undefined

We fixed the issue on our site.
“jquery.block.js” files are missing in the plugin during the plugin update. Added/modified necessary files in the plugin folder.
