    Hi @kotyara12,

Thank you for using Neve and I’m sorry to hear about the difficulties encountered.

I’ve checked the screenshot and the website and they look very similar. Did you roll the theme back in the meantime? If that’s the case, would it be possible to update it on a staging site so we can see the differences? It should be possible to add the sidebar back from the Customizer options unless the custom width of 100% for the content is enabled from the individual page settings.

    Regards,
    Stefan

I also had an issue with the layout, but I solved it by purging the page cache of W3 Total Cache.

I rolled back to the previous version. I could no longer get a list view with sidebar. I don’t use cache. I tried turning off the extended options (or whatever it is called) and the sidebar didn’t return when I used that page lay-out.

    Hi @gangleri,

Can you please share the URL of the page where the sidebar doesn’t appear so we can check the HTML structure of the page?

    Regards,

Gangeri.nl, but like I said, I rolled back.

After the update, I suddenly had the grid view. I tried to revert to my good old list-with-sidebar, but that didn’t work. I reverted the website, still had grid view, but in the previous version I did succeed in setting the list view. I’m note sure if I’m going to try to update again, since I have to edit six websites in a network when things go South.

Found it, I had to change different views to list view.

Now I’m trying to figure out how I can diminish the massive space between the categories and the content on a single post view and how to change the appearance of tags (and too bad there’s still no option to show the texts in blog/archive view).

    Hi @kotyara12!

I checked a single post from your site but I don’t see any space between the categories and the content – screenshot. Please provide us a screenshot where the issues can be seen, if you still encounter them.

    Have a nice day!

    Hi, @luciamarinescu!
There are no problems now, because I rolled back the theme version to the old one and blocked updates.

If we update the theme again, we get this: https://disk.yandex.ru/i/PZVyQXZqtV3BSA

The site seems to be switching to smartphone mode – the panels, which should be 3 pieces in a row, become the entire width of the site, the sidebar has left, the distances between the blocks have crept into the unknown.
I don’t have the time or money to fix the version again

    Hi @kotyara12,

With the latest release, we retired the legacy skin, so it’s needed to switch to Neve 3.0, and with the latest release, it’s done automatically.

Here is our guide for manual migration: https://docs.themeisle.com/article/1388-neve-3-0-core-design

Let us know if the issue persists, maybe you can share the URL of the staging website where we can see the problem live.
