This has typically been caused by website page caching and/or script combining.
If you would update the plugins to the most current version. Check that you have cleared your cache. Disable JS script combining and minification. Your poster images should come back.
There is a known bug currently if more than one YouTube videos are on a page only a single poster image is loading. This only effects YouTube and will be resolved in an upcoming update.
I do not use cache plugin on the website and even then the image does not appear.
How do I solve it?
Can you try updating to 1.0.13? I believe there was a poster image bug here that should be fixed.
I’m having the same problem, my poster image will appear for just a second or two then disappear. I’ve tried on both Safari and Chrome. On my iPhone it seems fine.
