We’ll need a bit more information to understand what’s happening here, as this sounds odd.
There are order notes on the right side of the order screen – can you please copy/paste those so that we can see them? If there’s any personal identifiable information, please don’t include that.
Could you please share a copy of your site’s System Status? You can find it via WooCommerce > Status. Select “Get system report” and then “Copy for support”. Once you’ve done that, paste it here in your response.
