after submit the contact form, but doesn’t appear on the “ALL pages”

    I followed the instruction to install, activate the contact form 7,
    and I want to place the short code the the pages. and I found there is no a page call contact form as usual as others on the internet instruction. Is it bugs happened or changes?
    Seeking for answer. Thank you!
