After submit nothing happen

    Hi,

    I have a big problem.
    I set the Easy Forms for Mailchimp plugin and the GDPR Comlinace for Mailchimp add-on.
    It seems everything is ok.
    But when I click the submit button nothing is happen. Doesn’t send the form input datas to Mailchimp doesn’t show the success/error custom messages. Only the page is refreshed.

    API key is valid. No JS error on the site.
    What can I do?

    Hi @varganem,

    I agree, that is a big problem. If you turn off “Enable AJAX submission” for that form, does it still not work?

    Do you have any other form or api-related plugins that may be interfering?

    Do you see any errors in your site’s debug log?

    Could you provide a link to the page you are having trouble with?

    Hi @jpowersdev

    Now I test again the site – after I turned off “Enable AJAX submission” another browser – it showed successed message.

    I don’t know what happend. Now I test again browser. It’s okay.

    Probably it was some cache?
