 * `Hi Sami, I created a page “Resources” with links and I want to show all the 
   links or content of this page to show under “After Singular” instead of just 
   a title. Also I want to exclude all the other pages so only this one page will

 * Do you mean After Singular widget area? Then just put those link in that widget
   area using text widget. If you need to show it only on that page, you need a 
   plugin like Widget Logic.
