    I’m a wordpress newbie, using w3 total cache to speed up my page. I’m not exactly sure what steps I would take to trouble shoot. If someone could lead me in the right direction to check and mess with the settings that would be a lot of help =)

    I use chrome and used the incognito window to check and same problem ( you know whats weird, when I refreshed the page couple times, then it showed up). I empty’ed all the caches and tried again, but same problem.

    I did do one check, I deactivated the plugin, and my site loads so therefore I know at least its the plugin’s fault. I’ve tried to find answers on google but either the posts were old or not resolved.

    There are no errors in the console log. All I see is this in the html part.

    <body>
    <span class=”_hsShareImage hsShareImage”> </span>
    </body>
    Please and thank you for help!

    Problem solved:

    If anyone comes across this, here are tips.

    I deleted the whole w3 total cache and started from scratch, each change I did I checked my site on chrome incognito to see if it affected anything.

    I got to the minify section ( performance > minify ) and when I was on the HTML & XML options, that was the root of my problem. When I enabled the HTML & XML minify, my site would show up blank, unless I refreshed again and then it would show up. So currently I don’t minify HTML.

    I did continue on with JS minify setting and did enable that and the site works just fine. =)
