After setting up iThemes Security I get Error 403 and cannot get into my site

    I just installed the Plug-in iThemes Security and followed the dashboard recommendations for securing my site.
    Now I cannot get into my site at all! I get an Error 403 Forbidden.
    I do have multiple copies of the site backup in my email but have no clue how to restore my site. Especially when I cannot even get in!!
    Any help appreciated.
