    Hi, thank you reaching out to us.

    Please carry out the following test.

    https://simple-membership-plugin.com/forums/topic/test-for-plugin-and-theme-conflict-before-posting-an-issue-or-a-bug/

    Let me know how you go.

    Regards

    Hi,
    I made everything step-by-step as in the test. But it is still not working.

    – Theme: Twenty Nineteen;
    – Activated plugins: Simple WordPress Membership;
    – Plugin settings: Enable Auto Login After Registration “On”.

    User’s path:
    1. Submitting registration form on https://enetsy.com/registration/ – redirect on the login page.
    2. Activating account via email – redirecting on login page https://enetsy.com/login/
    3. Try to visit Profile page – “You are not logged in.”

    A path without activating via email:
    1. Submitting registration form on https://enetsy.com/registration/ – redirect on the login page.
    2. Try to visit Profile page – “You are not logged in.”

    Hi, I carried out a test in my dev site and I was automatically logged in when I registered.

    User’s path:
    1. Submitting registration form for free membership. No redirect.
    2. Account is automatically activated via the admin settings. No redirect.
    3. I was able to visit the profile page and was able to edit the profile.

    Can you test the above. This is just for testing purposes. Let me know if this works for you.

    Kind regards

    Thank you!
    I understood the problem.
    I use OceanWP theme and Ocean WP Popup Login extension.
    – After submitting this registration form, user profiles are created for WordPress and Simple Membership.
    – User has access to a WordPress account and can see the toolbar, but cannot edit profile on the frontend profile page.

    Please see screenshot.

    Do you have any idea how to fix that?
