  • Hello,
    I had to issue a partial refund.
    I changed the order status to Payment Pending, changed the quantity to reflect the refunded items, and chose “Refund through PayPal Express Checkout”. A PayPal refund ID was generated and the payment refunded, but the item quantities on the order remained unchanged. I had to change the item quantities manually to reflect the total after the refund.
    Is this expected behavior?

  • @thunk303 I dont think they are supporting here any more. They have moved away from to their self hosted servers on You should write there.

    Also, I think you may be using an old version of plugin. Grab the latest 2.0.0 release and try again.
