The pre-ordered product order gets status “COMPLETE” (fullført) after the pre-order period. Why is this happening?

This image shows that the plugin is changing order status to “fullført”(complete)

It should go to “PROCESSING”, so that I can pack and send orders and then “complete” them.

Is it a bug or a feature?
If the latter, can I change it in code? What can I do?

I have the same problem! It’s horrible because now I can’t fill the orders. This needs to be disabled or switched so that it changes them to Processing, not Complete.

I have the exact same issue. It needs to be clearly communicated that this will happen (perhaps it says so somewhere but I haven’t seen it).

It’s not a bug. In the pro version, you can change it from the settings. in the free version, you can use this snippet to set custom order status. https://gist.github.com/Niloys7/58568dd7e46034de2d9160b5d03f145c
