    Hi @glovejobs,

    Did you checked the URL?

    The URL is saying that:

User project billing account not in good standing.
The billing account for project ….. is disabled in state closed.

So please check your billing account.

So where can I pay for the account.
I am not able to locate the plugin or cloud payment page in my wordpress dashboard.
I see it listed in the plugin list …but no place to pay or manage it.

I see the stateless settings in media dashboard …but i can’t see where to pay for the cloud or how to identify which cloud was used.

Go into your Google Cloud account and update your billing. The billing issue is not related to the WP-Stateless plugin, it’s with the Google Cloud service.

You can check the key, it has the Google Cloud Project ID listed. Once you have the ID, the link below should direct you where you need to be.

    https://console.cloud.google.com/billing/linkedaccount?project=PUTPROJECTIDHERE

Ok I have updated my billing payment on google cloud, do I need to activate anything to get the system working again?

On the WP-Stateless side, you shouldn’t have to do anything. You just need to resolve the billing issue associated with the billing account that is attached to the project that WP-Stateless is using.
