After paying, really bad service

    The plugin doesn’t work. I’ve tried to contact them several back and they just don’t get back. They have a AI bot which doesn’t help, I’ve asked for human support with 0 answer… avoid this plugin!

    Hi @sergicaballero , we’d like to help. Our initial AI responses are designed to give you the answer as soon as possible, and we ask you to reply to that email in case that doesn’t help. If you haven’t already done so, please reply to that email thread with the AI response–that’ll escalate your ticket to the support team.
