After my editing was done I found out that my website wasnt mobile friendly now.

    I have completed editing my websites homepage and it looks fantastic on PC.But when I open the homepage on my phone then all the header gets messed up.The additional search bar that I added in the header is one of the main reasons for this.Is there any way in which I can make my website Mobile-Freindly or I will have to start from the scratch again..
    I really need some help.By the way my website is-
