after login redirection is not working

Hi support,
I have changed the settings in the ultimate member plugin.
I have made changes in “Login Options” that
“Action to be taken after login” is “Refresh The Active Page”, but it is not happening.
It is always forcing to profile page.
in the URL I am getting like this as “https://piestforum.com/user/15/?redirect_to=https://piestforum.com/”
