    Hello,

    Thanks for using our plugin. Please make sure you have saved the permalink once.
    For save the permalink you need to visit WordPress Settings > Permalink.
    Here you just need to click on the ‘Save Changes’ button after that permalink will get save and Points tab will get appear under the My Account page.

    It may resolve your query.
