Hi Simon, first of all, I realy like your plugin.
After the new update 2 days ago, I couldn’t find my sliders anymore. All gone. It isn’t listed in my active plugins list anymore, but when I try to install, it fails, telling me there is already one existing account.
I am not that fit in these specific problems, and I use wp in German.
Could you please help me, to get everything back the way before the newest version of slide anything?
How to get contact to my existing account?
    Thanks in advance.

Do you mean the ‘Slide Anything’ plugin is not within your Plugins list. If it is not in plugin list, you can always add it by goint to “Plugins->Add New” and typing “Slide Anything” within the search box. Adding the plugin again in this way will not impact any sliders you have previously created.

When you say it tells you there is an “Existing Account”? What do you mean?

    Hi,
I would rather like to send you an image:
SLide Anything is not in my list anymore, when I “Install” I receive the another that an “Zielordner” already exists, Zielordner is something like a target folder and it gives me a linkadress:
    /mnt/web105/e2/74/5974774/htdocs/WordPress_02/wp-content/plugins/slide-anything/
but I don’t know how to use this.
I work with wp 4.9.5-de in German language. I updated the version, but that didn’t help either.

Do you have FTP access for your site hosting?
If so then log into FTP, then navigate to the “htdocs/wp-content/plugins” folder and then delete the “slide-anything” folder.

Then try to search & install the “Slide Anything” plugin again.

Thanks a lot, this worked fine, I first created a new ftp with my provider, and I found the plugin very easily, I erased and installed new, and ta ta: all is back!
    I didn’t loose anything.
I appreciate your help, by the way: I couldn’t find any other installed plugin with owl-carousel 🙁 But “meta slider” announces a ‘carousel mode’ within its description.
I’ll watch and check that with the next update, if this causes my problem.

My slider has vanished also, but not in the way Duke Meggy’s has.

It shows in the dashboard and plugins. The content shows in the backend. It just doesn’t load either on desktop or mobile. ;(

It seems as if it might have happened on the latest WP update. I use the Divi theme.

Hi, I was a bit worried when I read this…

My Slide Anything PRO site (http://edgewebpages.com) is also built on Divi. I’ve now updated WordPress and all my plugins on this site today – and I’m not seeing any issues on my site.

So its not the latest version of WP that is causing your issue, nor the Divi theme. I would suggest going through your site’s plugins one-by-one and deactivating them, to try find the plugin that’s causing the clash.
