After last update can’t access to WordPress backend

    Everything was fine until last update. After applying it I can’t go to the my site backend.

    Fatal error: Can’t use function return value in write context in /home1/turudic/public_html_bb/upoznajcrnugoru.com/wp-content/plugins/advanced-ads/modules/gadsense/admin/admin.php on line 203

    Hi bbubanja,

    I am sorry for the issue. Please update to version 1.8.26.

    Do you have some auto updater, because the issue was fixed not an hour after the update. We also saw this only on new installations. Which PHP-Version are you using?

    In case someone else runs into the same issue:

    While this is resolved in 1.8.26, it is worth noting that this issue relates to the PHP version being 5.5 or lower.

    Thanks for quick answer. I will try this tonight, because from here I don’t have FTP access to the site.

    I cant’t check from here which PHP version is on site. My hosting is Hostgator Baby plan, and I think that default PHP is 5.5.x, but not sure.
