Hi @jesseguttenberg –
Happy to help:
1) After I install the plugin and link it up with Google Analytics, where do I see the results of my customers transactions?
You will be able to view this information in your Google Analytics account.
2) If the results show up in Google Analytics, where exactly do I see them?
Google Analytics offers e-commerce reports. Here’s their help file about that: https://support.google.com/analytics/answer/1037249?hl=e
Particularly, the “Find the Reports” section will be of interest.
3) If the results are showing up in Google Analytics all along, what was the use of the plugin in tracking? I don’t quite understand what the purpose of the plugin is.
The plugin provides the link between your Google Analytics account and your WooCommerce website. Provided the plugin is configured correctly, WooCommerce will now send tracking data to your Google Analytics account about transactions, Add to Cart Events, etc.
Thanks @m155y5 ,
According to this screenshot, I am able to see the behavior of my customers.

I am able to see the overall results in Behavior->Events->Overview.
However, how do I view these actions taken by customers for a specific product?
Thank you.

The plugin sends all events from your site to your Google Analytics account. Here’s some information from Google Analytics on which metrics can be found in which of their enhanced e-commerce reports: https://support.google.com/analytics/answer/6014872?hl=en
This page has the documentation for the Pro Version of the GA plugin, but it might be helpful for you to review: https://docs.woocommerce.com/document/woocommerce-google-analytics-pro/
