after installing, some content is now blocked?

I installed and activated the plugin on my site, to help LOCATE issues. Since I did so it seems to have BLOCKED some major content from showing. Is there any way to reverse this? deactivation and uninstall of the plugin did not work. Seems to be blocked in only certain browsers, chrome being the major one.
