After installing Query Monitor 3.9.0, the admin bar disappeared.
How can I use the admin bar and the query monitor bar below together outside of the dashboard?

Thanks for the report. Are you sure this is caused by QM 3.9? Did you update any other plugins at the same time?

Really, really, I’m sorry. After publishing the environment, I disabled all the plugins and then enabled them one by one, but when I enabled Responsive Menu 4.1.10, the admin bar disappeared.
We deeply and deeply apologize to the author.
