    Hello @healthylifeinsightwithkarin

I tried to replicate in a site of mine, but I wasn’t able to, so this makes me think that it’s happening due to some conflict with another plugin or theme.
As I wasn’t able to locate any previously reported conflict with this error message, the only way to narrow this down, is via a conflict test.
First, connect to your server via (S)FTP and delete the following folder:
    wp-content/plugins/appointments/
This should remove Appointments+ altogether and your website should be back and running. 🙂

After doing so, please grab a recent backup of your site, all files and database, so you can safely perform a conflict test and have a backup in hand, so you can restore it back in case you lose any settings.
Then deactivate all plugins and activate a default theme like TwenrySeventeen.
    Then install and activate Appointments+.
Then, start activating the remaining plugins and theme, one by one this time, until you reproduce initial issue.

    Looking forward for your results!
    Thank you,
    Dimitris
