# After-Installing Errors: dashboard not loading, etc..

 * Hello there, I am writing this topic because I have been experiencing multiple
   errors that keeps occurring every time I install WordPress for this website:

 * All other websites working great but this one experiencing this set of errors:
   –
   Dashboard page not loading – Add-New plugin page not found – Themes page not 
   found
 * List of other not-working pages:

 * Suggestions:
    Be sure you have a current backup for database and files Switch
   themes to one of the default themes (i.e. twenty seventeen) Install Health Check
   plugin to do some troubleshooting to help you narrow down the source of the issue.

   Maybe reinstall WordPress files **(do not remove wp-content folder or wp-config
   file)**
 * If you don’t have dashboard access — add theme and plugin via file manager or
   ftp
