After installing and change my table prefix using the plugin cant login

Good day everyone here is the scenario.

I installed the plug in and i changed my table prefix using the plug in and after that every time i log in it always say You do not have sufficient permissions to access this page. I deleted the plugin folder using my ftp hoping it will be fix and right now I can’t access it still. Searching for the answer over the internet is not helping me out,
