Hi @slabadie,
This sounds like a known problem with some themes, whereby they turn the calendar into an ‘excerpt’ – stripping out the HTML and reducing it’s length.
We could bear this out by switching temporarily to a default theme such as Twenty Seventeen: does that solve this problem?
Yes it is my theme causing the problem. What can I do to resolve?
