    I have installed and activated awesome support in my wp site.
    Then I go to plugin and click on setting, but it keeps going to “This page is not working”. I am using Ocean WP. What do I do to fix this?

    I just found that Ticket > products opens when Woocommerce is deactivated. Otherwise is not opening. Is there a solution for this? I am using Ocean WP.

    With the Woocommerce activated, when I click on Ticket > products, after a long wait, I get
    “This page isn’t working bcecltd.com is currently unable to handle this request.
    HTTP ERROR 500”

    Hi:

    That’s strange. We have lots of sites using WC and we even have some premium WC modules as well. So there must be something else going on. Can you please check the WP debug.log file and the PHP logs to see what error messages are being thrown?

    Also, do you have product syncing enabled between WC and AS? If so, maybe try it with product syncing turned off.

    I turned on the debug and it says the following error:

    Fatal error: Allowed memory size of 268435456 bytes exhausted (tried to allocate 73728 bytes) in /home/mazxz3v5z0of/public_html/bcecltd.com/wp-includes/functions.php on line 3743

    We have 5000+ items in the WC.
    Where do I go to turn on or off the product syncing?

    Hi:

    Typically you would see something like that when there’s a three way conflict. In other words, it may look like the problem is with WC but its not – its probably another plugin that interacts with WC that is likely doing something to chew up all the memory when we request the WC product list. So maybe just start with just the WC and AS plugin enabled and see if you can open the products list? Or try it without product syncing enabled (turn off syncing in TICKETS->SETTINGS->PRODUCTS).

    I called Godaddy to increase the PHP memory to 512M from 256M, and it took care of the error and now I am getting the Ticket > products.
    Now I need to buy your add-on for the time tracker and the paid ticket. Can I get a call on this or not really?
