After import WP dashboard virtually empty. Help needed.

    After importing my db and files to new server, my dashboard is almost empty, except for profile and slideshow program, which I can not access when I attempt to.

    I went to MyPHPAdmin and see the files there, I can even see the site, but I cannot get to my menu options in the WP dashboard panel.

    How do I fix this?
