After I moved the site on a new server the plugin doesn't work!

    There could be many reasons.
    I don’t know how you migrate the site, maybe there is some differences in the new server.
    Make sure the setting / configuration in new server is exactly same as the old one.
    Or you can try create a new form for testing, or reinstall the plugin.

    When I go to the log file of the server I see this Warning when I try a search: PHP Warning: is_readable(): open_basedir restriction in effect. File(…../ReduxCore/languages/it_IT.mo/it_IT.mo) is not within the allowed path(s): (…../:/tmp/) in …../wp-includes/l10n.php on line 481)
    Is this warning helpful to solve problem?

    Might be.
    You received this warning because of your new server php setting.
    Maybe you can comment out open_basedir in php.ini
