After HTTP to HTTPS downloads do not work

Dear developers,
After the change from HTTP to HTTPS the downloads are not working for me anymore. When i click on one of the downloads i get “download.html”. I tried to re-upload the files in Download Manager, but no success. The website is https://xcellent.nl/downloads/

You sure you got the right plugin? It doesn’t see you are using this plugin at all.
