after export, logged in UI different than incognito

    hello

    i’ve backed up an re-imported the website to migrate from site5 to siteground. i’m relogged back in under my WP account as my old user and in the backend it looks fine, but when i try to load the page in an incognito tab or from a different device it just shows the generic wordpress blog page.

    why is the backend login UI different than from a separate device? does it just take time to prop?
