After domain change and a revert back to old site kit keeps tracking new one –

There is no attached option within the form. You can however use a service such as Imgur, JumpShare or Snippyly to get a link to your images which you wish to share. Then you can use the form to insert the link, or share the links here.

You may not require a site reset. At this point I’m unsure of any Site Kit specific problem. Are you seeing a notice or warning when using the Site Kit dashboard, or was your initial query with regards AdSense and Site Kit? Ads are appearing on your site already, with a successful Site Kit placed AdSense snippet. From what I’m seeing when checking your site and the Site Health information provided all looks set up fine.

If you want to share a link to any screenshots, or details of any Site Kit errors I’d be happy to assist. As mentioned above you can share a screenshot using a service such as Imgur or JumpShare.
