After deactivating the plugin, the margins of my website have been misconfigured

    After testing the plugin, I decided not to use it, but when deactivating it, the margins of my website were deconfigured in the responsive format. Also, when I scroll, the web moves as if it overflowed … I don’t understand, I want to remove the plugin but I can’t … What is the problem?
